A Toddler's natural instinct is to explore and discover the world around them. Toddlers use
imaginary play to make sense of the world around them. rhe Creative Curriculum encourages
children to acknowledge their feelings and express them in an appropriate manner, while
acknowledging that your toddler is asserting his/her independence. Each toddler excels at his
own rate and may be at a very different stage than another child his age.
